Impulse buy

The thing that I have purchased that I have never used would probably be my pumas. They are nice shoes and I wore them all the time for like a couple weeks. Then gradually I wore them less and finally not at all.

Final days

Right now we are in the final days of my senior year this is such a weird feeling. Knowing that I may never see some of my classmates ever again. It's hard to realize after I think about all the memories growing up. These people are the friends that I've been with for 12 years of my life and now they may just up and disappear. The thing I'll probably miss the most is spending time with these friends weather it be hanging out in the hallways or goofing off in class. I gonna miss each and everyone of them.

Swine flu and exercise equipment

The Quincy YMCA is taking major precautions to help prevent the spread of swine flu. This includes wiping down machines after use and washing hands after using weights. This is great I think this cannot be enforced enough and should be kept up even if the swine flu slows down.

Senior Trip!!!

So we have 4 days or two school days till out senior trip. I am so excited it is gonna be so much fun. I have been waiting for a long time. Andrew and I may get tatoos while we are down there.

Japanese Diet

I think it's interesting that the Japanese are starting to have a bad diet. Because they are known for being very healthy and have a long life span. But during this recession they have been eating more cheaply and less healthy. This is a total mirror image of what happened to the U.S. we used to eat more health conscious but convenience and a cheap price tag replaced that.

Cell phone monitoring

Recently there has been new software popping up that will allow parents to monitor a minor's cell phone calls and texts. This software helps protect minors from sexual predators and also helps prevent sexting. Sexting is sending sexually explicit text messages.

Pencasts

I think pencasts are really cool and would make a great addition to any college student. Because if you can't understand anything in your notes then you have a voice recording to back it up. But I do agree with some people it is a technology that we can't use to it's fullest extent yet.
